Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours on working days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your location and courier performance. Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal (when available). All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we may be able to update your delivery address, amend or cancel your order. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist.

At the moment, Redonix only ships within the United Kingdom. This helps us keep delivery times fast and service reliable. We plan to expand internationally in the future.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden charges, import fees or extra taxes for UK orders.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged, doesn’t power on, or is faulty in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Clear photos or a short video will help us resolve this faster.

How do returns work?

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Once we’ve received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products sold by Redonix include a minimum 30-day guarantee, and many also come with a manufacturer warranty. If you experience an issue during this period, simply get in touch and we’ll advise you on the next steps.
