At Redonix, we want every customer to shop with confidence. All products purchased from our store include a 12-month warranty covering faults that occur during normal use.

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund it depending on the situation and product availability.


What Our Warranty Covers

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear-and-tear such as scratches, marks, or faded coatings

  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or not following manufacturer instructions

  • Loss or theft of the item

How to Make a Warranty Claim

What Happens Next

Once your claim is approved, we may:

  • Offer quick troubleshooting to fix the issue

  • Provide a free return label for inspection (if required)

  • Replace the product with a new or equivalent model

  • Repair the item

  • Offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable

We aim to resolve all warranty issues within 2–5 working days once we receive your information.


Warranty Duration

All products include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless the manufacturer offers a longer period. Where applicable, we will assist you in accessing the manufacturer’s extended warranty.
